Sunco Homes is a professional design and construction firm founded in 1978. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a leader in the Oregon construction industry. Our aim is to provide our customers with structural solutions that are both functional and economical.
We were founded on the idea that in order to be responsible to our clients, we must achieve the highest standards of quality that are economically sustainable. All of our design and construction teams are committed to designing and constructing projects on time and within set budgets.
At Sunco Homes safety is of utmost importance. We believe that safety is achieved through planning, proper training and jobsite awareness. All Sunco Homes projects are completed using first-rate design and construction practices to ensure a safe construction environment.
Our president Dan Dorn has been in the construction field since 1972. He takes great pride in the civic involvement along with trade and business associations that he and Sunco Homes have been involved with over the years.
His civic involvement runs the gamut from working with the Construction Contractors Board on the Training & Education Advisory Committee to his current position on the Salem Planning Commission. He has also worked with the Salem Rotary and volunteered at the Union Gospel Mission. Dan currently sits on the board of directors for United Way of the Mid Willamette Valley.
Dan is very proud of his trade and business associations. He has been a member of Marion-Polk Building Industry Association, (MPBIA) since 1981. His involvement with the MPBIA has allowed him to take a lead role in helping to create the Certified Master Builder Program, in fact Dan holds CMB certificate #001.
It’s safe to say that over the years Dan has taken various leadership roles in all of the major Home Builders & Remodelers associations in the Willamette Valley. |
